Base form 1. Die struck

Put the solid material on the mold to do the stamped with the press machine, then cut out to creat a raised outline of the design. The solid material can be copper , brass, iron, aluminum and so on.

2. Die cast

Producing a special mold for injection, then hot liquid molten alloy is injected into it for a very durable and high resolution product. The casting process is perfect for numerous "cut-out" style, fully complex 3D quality and above 2" big size, . Zinc alloy injection is a great substitute material to brass to fit your budget.

3. Photo etched

The design is etched out by acid onto a brass sheet. Unlike Die Struck or Injection, Photo Etched products can be as thin as 0.8mm and it enables us to reproduce very fine details. Silk screen printing and epoxy dome are available upon request.
